A Review of the City’s Comprehensive Plan – a review of the City’s long-rang plan, zoning, proposed capital improvements and vision for on-going development of businesses and amenities for residents.
Woods Estates of Riverdale – a 100+ housing development to the west of Circle Drive on top of Riverdale Hill.
